Are these cards made from solid brass?

No. They are made from durable 304 stainless steel with an electroplated brass finish. This produces the warm gold appearance while resisting the tarnish and softness associated with natural brass.

What is included in the base price?

The base configuration includes both sides, one screen-printed color, eligible custom shape and cut-through areas, up to 10% surface etching on both sides, rounded corners and individual clear sleeves.

Can the card be a custom shape?

Yes. Custom silhouettes are included when they fit within the standard 3.5 × 2-inch footprint or CR80 dimensions. Extremely delicate shapes may require adjustment for strength and production tolerances.

Can you cut holes or patterns through the card?

Yes. Cut-through logos, borders and patterns are included. Openings and supporting tie bars must generally be at least 0.02 inch so the design remains manufacturable.

Can I use full-color artwork?

Yes. Choose full-color printing on one or both sides. For designs using spot colors, Pantone references provide the most reliable matching.

Can every card have a different name or number?

Yes. Variable laser-etched or screen-printed data is available by custom quote. Supply names or numbering in an Excel spreadsheet.

What files should I upload?

Fully vector AI, PDF, CDR or EPS files are preferred. Outline all fonts and remove gradients, clipping masks, drop shadows, transparency and hidden objects.

How long does production take?

Approximately three weeks after final artwork approval, plus shipping time. Rush production is unavailable for this product.

Do the cards come protected?

Yes. Clear individual sleeves are included. Black or white specialty sleeves can be quoted separately.

Do you offer design assistance?

Yes. Add professional two-sided business-card design if you need help translating your brand into artwork engineered for etching, cutouts and screen printing.

Will the finish look exactly like my screen?

Not exactly. Brass reflectivity and texture respond to ambient light, photography and screen calibration. Slight variation is part of the character of a real metal finish.
